Very happy, I will definitely stay again

System here a few times, good hotel and clean nice rooms. Only issue, says sound proof, not all rooms ate, so make sure you get a room Away from the train station side, the noise from train will keep you up.

Very clean and comfortable, convenient to the city centre, interesting history nicely preserved

The rooms a quite different at this place. I’ve stayed 3 times at a good rate. So I gave it 5 stars for the price. Some things did not work in the rooms mainly the tv and internet but I will say the first room I stayed in was working fine.but it did smell water damaged. Don’t expect perfection unless you pay for it, overall it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ballarat.

Great access to all the attractions . My grand daughter loved her afternoon swims in the pool
