Room was very clean, air con was great and overall the room was fabulous. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a huge outdoor space which was unexpected! For being so close to the station the room was very quiet. Would recommend staying here

Excellent property in ideal location walking distance into the heart of town. Apartment style accommodation makes everything easy. Cooking facilities and laundry save money and take all the pressure out of organizing the family for breakfast and managing external laundry services

Visited Ballart with Family for two days. The two-bedroom apartment is really good and clean at check-in, but it doesn't get cleaned the next day, and the staff has no reason not to clean. According to the staff, it must be cleaned every day, but they cannot clean in the evening because no cleaner is available. It spoils the room's freshness.
