The headboard of the bed was broken, and they still rented the room, and the curtain was torn, so all the light came through the window. It was a bad experience.

Don’t’ stay here!

Worse hotel we’ve ever seen. Reserved no smoking, room reeked of smoke, entry light constantly flicked, bed side light no shade, just bulb, bedding had cigarette burn and bathroom switch was broken. Left minute after checking in.

No cleaning.

Apparently, the room was not used for a long time. The 'paper' indicating the cleaning of the toilet was dried to the seat. The first day, I was greeted by a dead cockroach on the carpet. No room cleaning whatever during the 3 days we stayed in any of the 3 rooms we rented. The bathroom had one soap and one small bottle shower gel for the entire time.

No service no complimentary breakfast at all. Just crackers and coffee if you lucky. Smh it’s only clean in the halls. Rooms missing iron ironing board. Suites have no hot tub as promised. It’s a lie.
