This property fell short of a typical Hilton experience/expectation. CONS: The rooms are very small (previous reviews on this is very accurate). Our room didn’t have a microwave so if we needed to warm up food at night, you got dressed and went down to the lobby. The ice machine was located on our floor but there were no ice buckets - had to go down to the lobby for those. The lady who checked us in said they recycle them - not sure what that meant or what it had to do with availability. Apparently we were supposed to get complimentary water at check in- didn’t happen; and she watched me pay $7 for 2 standard size bottles of water. Quiet hours are supposed to be from 10pm-9am. Yea that was not observed at all. Occupants above us had kids and there was lots of movement and noise - we didn’t sleep till 4am. I called the front desk to ask if they can tell them to quiet down a bit; didn’t happen. Our room was drafty too.
Pros: it’s located in ‘little Italy’ and walking distance to Aquarium, restaurants and other tourist spots. Breakfast was good. A round the clock coffee is awesome. Morning coffee is more my thing and I appreciated it very much. Gym was clean and nice. Lots of nice restaurants nearby -Ammici’s (dinner) and Ms Shirley’s (brunch) were my favorites.
