This property was in a great location once you got there from the airport. We arrived early and were able to get into our room which was so appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Prices for mini bar and pool bar were very good. The only complaint would be how few chairs are at the pool. After a long day out a swim and some time at the pool was great but the seats were always taken. Small issue for an otherwise great stay. Thank you!

The property was conveniently located. Most attractions within a 30 minute walk and lots of restaurants nearby. There is no food available at the hotel other than a buffet breakfast that is expensive. The "river" is really a canal. There was a loud strange noise in the middle of the night and again early morning coming from the floor above us where the pool is. Sounded like the pool was being drained or cleaned. Only happened 1 night but prevented me from sleeping soundly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The room was efficient although a little small. The balcony was really just sliding doors onto a ledge with a railing. Could stand but not sit. Overall, I would reccommend tjus hotel for it's location, price and staff, but wanted you to also be aware of some of the negatives.

Clean and comfortable

We only stayed one night but found this hotel lovely, its well located for local restaurants, Khoasan Road, Palace etc. Staff very friendly, breakfast ample, smallish pool.

We were very happy with our 6 night stay at Casa Vimaya. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed starting each day with their delicious breakfast buffet.

Great hotel for 2 people but not for 3

Very good hotel in a perfect section of the city for tourist. Our BIG complaint was only about the 3rd person had a $$60 per night up charge which would be acceptable except for the $60 you get a roll away cement salad from a bed. Without question the hardest 2 nights sleep and being no Matter how we trued modifying the hardness the bed was simply awful. Wonderful staff at what could have been a much better score had the roll away bed simply just been hard and not like sleeping on the sidewalk.

Unfortunately I woke up with a bed bug or tick, not sure, attached to my leg with a bite. Disappointing considering the price for Bangkok, it wasn't a cheap option by any means. Service was great, room was nice, location was good, but can't recommend for the reason stated. I plan on trying to get a refund.

Beautiful stay in great location

Super friendly staff and service, lovely breakfast buffet in a beautiful location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great location to walk to sights, Khaosan Road and the river to catch the boat. Und unlike most hotels in Thailand, they had a water refill station so you didn't have to buy bottles/produce so much rubbish.
