Hotel itself was awesome. The Skylounge could be a real attraction, but it is not maintained. From windows you could barely see through to carpet, lights, and fixtures that have not been updated since it was built.

It's a very nice hotel close to the airport but further from downtown. I feel for the price paid it was good value although I don't understand they don't have any kind of coffee makers in the room.

Not a great ending.

Started out as a great stay. We booked 4 rooms for a night after our cruise. 3 rooms were upgraded to suites which was awesome. The not so good was that 3 rooms were told that a late 2pm checkout was ok(one room even confirmed that online). The next morning key cards were shut off and even after trip to desk we were told they would allow us till 1pm or we would be charged another night. We are now rushing to be prepared. Their lack of communication between their shifts was horrinle. They said our confirmations had to be confirmed in the am.This was an excuse because i did confirm my late checkout in the morning on their link. We had a great trip so it was a little disappointing to be treated this way on oir way home.

Excellent hotel, spend the 15 euros to use the spa gym and pool. The metro is close by which is great. It does take around 15 to 20 minutes to get to the gothic quarter but if your not in a rush who cares.
