Kind, friendly staff and nice location

Very friendly staff starting from the pick up service through reception and breakfast team. All good and nothing to complain, noise levels were reasonable since we were close the road side but after awhile you don't really pay attention to it apart when cars use they horns ( and let me tell you, Spanish people like to honk;-) ). Space in general clean and tidy, cleaning team was good in leaving the room tidy, bear in mind that a more detailed cleaning will be done only for extended periods of time (stays over 7days onward), we stay for 4 nights and can say the cleaning service was good and satisfactory for that time frame. Really big shout of thanks to Breakfast buffet lady's, always friendly and welcoming and ready to help when needed some support. For an instance, one of the days I notice there wasn't coming any coffee on the "cafe con leche" machine, and after explaining this to the lady she promptly resolved the issue always with a smile on her face and kind spirit. Both lady's at the breakfast buffet were very kind and friendly. All in all will book again on another trip to Barcelona, nice location also, very central to transport and the Montjuic mountain for a stroll.

This hotel is a great base for exploring Barcelona. The rooms have everything you could need for a city break while being compact, and very well designed. Checking in was a breeze, all staff throughout our stay were helpful and polite. The rooms are very clean, almost like everything is new. The hotel doesn't appear to be in an affluent/glamorous area of town, but we never felt unsafe. If you're getting the Aerobus from the airport, the journey is only about 15 mins, then a five minute walk from the bus stop. As a family, we all agreed we'd definitely stay here again!

Very clean, simple and modern apartment hotel. Location is fine, 10-15min walk from Plaça d'Espanya. Booked the triple room with terrace and the room size was great for 3 people - amazed how much space there was. Room was super clean and kitchen facilities were great. I didn’t receive the Expedia VIP upgrade, but that’s fine as the room I booked was great either way. I did however receive a bottle of Cava. One thing I would mention is the terrible acoustic insulation in the walls - You can hear people walking and talking down the corridor loudly. On one night the football was on and room above were having some gathering. It was very loud and I was able to hear them shouting and walking around. Aside from that I could come back to this aparthotel if given as an option.

The condo was spacious, but unfortunately, it was very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was constant noise from the street, as well as people walking and talking in the hallway. There was absolutely no noise insulation. Additionally, the hallway was completely dark at night, with only one light left on near the elevator. We had to use our phone flashlights to navigate. The phone in the unit didn’t work when we tried to call reception. Lastly, the dishwasher and cabinets had an unpleasant smell.

Small shower and subpar accommodations

These appear to be low income apartments. Only basic amenities, don’t expect any luxuries here. I do not recommend staying here but if there is no other option, make sure you get a unit with a large shower. Our unit had a 3 square foot shower enclosure and I’m 6’ 2”. As you can imagine, taking a shower was quite challenging.

Comfortable and convenient for families

Comfortable stay, clean property, useful to have kitchenette, professional albeit a bit impersonal, decent location, very convenient to airport (bus A1 at about a 10 minute walk.) Didn't see pool (seasonal) but they did have a pool table the kids liked. Didn't try the breakfast but there are some excellent bakeries nearby.

Location was great, close to Montjuïc park. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming but unfortunately the room itself was not clean, the bathroom specifically which made for an uncomfortable stay. The shower also had mold everywhere. Since we were there for one night just to sleep and leave the next morning to the airport, we didn’t make much of a fuss. The whole place also had a very strong perfume smell which was offensive and you would wake in the middle of the night as if you were eating perfume. The walls are also very thin and you can hear conversations and chairs moving next store weakening you very early in the morning. Sadly our stay was not up to par as we hoped it would be.

I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the property. Many of the cupboard doors were broken, and in general everything was tired. There was no washing line even though there was a washing machine. And there was no facilities for making tea or coffee. There were some biscuits in the draw that had clearly been there a while. We also couldn’t use the tv as something was wrong. We reported it to the reception and instead of arranging with us, we came home to find workmen in our room which was really uncomfortable. They kept returning as well to take a gas reading and to check the tv. Eventually I asked them not to return anymore because it made us feel like we had no privacy.

Spacious accommodation as we booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Travelling for 2 nights with 2 teenage boys this meant there was lots of space for everyone. Clean apartment with all necessary amenities and great WiFi. Shower wasn’t the best but was hot and fine for a couple of days. Breakfast was ok with various continental options and limited hot option. Location was well placed between airport and city with taxis, metro and bus transport all available. €10 for 4 people on the metro and around the same for a taxi to La Rambla, Camp Nou and other attractions. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly reception staff who offered a room to store our luggage when we arrived early and gave us lots of information about where to visit, how to get there and even recommended a better beach than we were looking to go to. Overall a pleasent stay. Not exactly central but close enough to the metro to get around.
