Location was great on La Rambla, hotel was quiet, big room and comfy bed. Front desk staff were all amazing, kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next i go to Barcelona!

Not happy that we could not check in early. They were adament that check-in was at 3pm. Problem is they were letting people stay in the rooms up to 2+ hours after the 11am check-out time. So we sat for hours in the lobby waiting. Did not like the attitude at the front desk.

Great Location

Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. It was two twin beds pushed together to make a queen sized bed. There are large lockers for €2 to hold your luggage if your room is not ready. I was able to fit a medium suitcase, an under the seat luggage, a full backpack, and two CPaps in one locker. In another locker, we got a large suitcase and a backpack.

We were pleased with our stay here. The front desk was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was very clean and had no odours. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our only slight problem was the air conditioning. It worked but didn’t get as cold as we would have liked. I think this is common in Spain but in Canada the air conditioning gets as cold as you want. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. They were delicious and had a good variety of food. They have a bakery oven at the buffet and they bake their own pastries…nice warm buns and pastries. The location was great. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is located on Las Ramblas so perfect for getting to different areas of Barcelona. Rooms were immaculately clean and had basic amenities. Safe in each room free of charge meant it was easy to safely store items.
