The hotel was convenient to access many areas, near the Metro, lots of restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good with quite a few options. Definitely recommend it.

USB outlets in rooms would be a wonderful addition. AC was hit or miss, sometimes didnt work. Hair dryer didnt work. Lengthy check in process. Very thin walls. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Good lounging area. Luggage storage lockers sell fast but nice to have.

The staff at the hotel was amazing and most speak English. Our room was clean but not the best view! So convenient for shopping and dining! We felt very safe during the day in this area! Our room was quiet and spacious (junior suite). The breakfast was good but i would recommend dining in the Rambla area instead.

our room was situated against a Housekeeping supply area so that early in the morning and later at night you could easily be disturbed out of a deep sleep by the sounds of rolling laundry carts going in and out of their operating room...this was difficult for us....also the internet was out all of one day and the staff at the counter tried telling us it was my laptop and my phone was at fault...truth was , no one had internet at all.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to subway, lots of food options and the harbor area. Our room looked out over a busy outdoor restaurant area but the noise level was not bad. The room was okay. The shower is sooo small.

Stayed here as a solo traveler for business. Pretty safe and convenient. All staff members are very friendly and polite. Location is very nice, walkable distance to almost every tourist attraction and good dining options nearby. I would highly recommend this place and the flamenco show at Tablao Flamenco Cordobes.
