The staffs are helpful and follow up on my request . The location is very convenient and has subway around. Alot of minimart and eateries place around . Would highly recommend if you are travelling with family as the apartment is spacious.

Very clean. Great amount of space. Bathroom door didn’t close fully and they didn’t fix it while we were there. Also while they tout having a reception unlike most apartments, it’s not 24/7 so if you have any issues there is no one to call after hours. I would prefer full reception.

Beautiful penthouse with views

The penthouse suite was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and love the fact that it had a full kitchen. The only thing is that they do not provide paper of any kind - like paper towels, napkins, and extra tiolet paper. When we asked for more tiolet paper (and we have 4 people all together) they only gave us 2 extra rolls and said we have to buy it ourselves. Basically, in spain - they are not as wasteful as us americans. So just an fyi if u have a big family, buy paper towels/napkins and extra tiolet paper, and possibly extra trash bags because our trash were very full and we used paper bags that we had for trash . They also do not do daily housekeeping if thats ure thing. It’s basically youre own little temporary apartment . But overall, the apartment was very nice with a beautiful view.

Large terrace with table, chairs and loungers. Room clean and well equipped. Metro station a few steps away. Lots of local amenities on doorstep. We arrived after reception was closed and was a bit if confusion with check in but apart from that everything was good

Stayed here for 6 nights mid September. Close to grocery stores, as we made breakfast most days before venturing out. Lovely coffee shop and owners a couple shops down and Rocafort subway stop was a short walk away. Walkable to The Ramblas and market area. Transit was easy for Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. We stayed on the first floor and had a large garden area. Nice for sitting out in the evening and listening to the neighbourhood around us. Comfy king bed and linens. We had to you tube the stove top for instructions. Air conditioned for comfort. Would def recommend.

I met Virginia at the reception. She was so helpful . She helped with maps and checked me in properly, I Enjoyed my stay , Although I wish the property could replace toilet papers and soaps . Cuz we had to chase them for that . But overall , I did enjoy my stay and thanks to Virginia !

I stayed here for 1 week with my three kids and husband. It was amazing. Easy check in when we arrived outside of their front desk hours. The location was perfect. It was safe and quiet. The grocery store is a few doors down, so it was easy to pick up any essentials that we ran out of or forgot to pack. So many cafes to eat and drink at. We didn’t rent a car and walked to the gothic quarters, Sagrada Família, Casa Batllo, and so much more. The room itself was for 5 people and we had the 1 bedroom apartment. It was perfect. I would actually call it a 1.5 bedroom because there’s a door that separates the living room and the single bed. It had everything we needed and more. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer combo. Don’t listen to any negative comments on here. It was an amazing stay while we visited the prettiest city we’ve ever been to. Thank you from your friends from Canada!

My husband and I really liked staying here through our Barcelona trip. The apartment itself was clean from the start, and there was someone at the front desk at reasonable hours who answered our questions and got us a cleaning despite a mix-up on days. The location is of course wonderful and we chose it precisely because it was close to the subway and within walking distance of the Plaza Catalunya. But what was also wonderful to discover was great coffee across the street, a grocery store on our block, and at least 2 excellent local restaurants no more than 2 blocks away. Highly recommended.

The property was clean on arrival, but the bedroom had a strong odor that made it difficult to sleep. Staff were friendly, though not very helpful when we asked for an extra bath towel. The rooms are accessed by elevator, which worked fine unless someone left the door open—then it wouldn’t operate and we had to take the stairs. On the positive side, the neighborhood felt safe and very walkable, with grocery stores in every direction. Would I stay here again, yes, but not a first choice.

The location was the only thing we really liked about this property. There is a tiny elevator that can only gold 1 bag and 1 person. It was HOT and had no AC which is a deal breaker for us. If you require air conditioning
