the room temperature was a problem, it was too hot and the air con-which turned very noisy, not terribly efficient and did not remain on, it turned itself off after 1-2h and the room became very hot 23 degrees. it prevented sleep. (I prefer 18-19 degrees. no windows opened. It was reported The location of this hotel is excellent, the staff are really helpful. I would only stay again if I had a guarantee about a functional and effective AC or a room where a window opened.

The room was lovely, everything as described. Only improvements would be; not being allowed to have your own food from outside the premises, particularly when the onsite restaurants do not cater to your tastes (e.g. no ceviche or similar dishes). The pool was also not lit up in the evening so it was a bit scary after dark and not inviting.

The room we stayed in had a beautiful sea view and was well equipped with all you need. There was an iron and a small ironing board, a kettle with tea/coffee/sugar although i wish i had taken my own teabags as the tea was chamomile tea. The hot shower was amazing and the room was provided with two bathribes and slippers. Basic amenties were available such as shower gel, toothpaste and brush, a small comb, shwoer cap and body cream. We were staying as a couple however there was only one toothbrush. The hotel has an amazing infinity pool on the top floor with a wonderful sea view. There is a fully equipped gym and a sauna available to use included in the price of the stay.... This was the best part for me! I didnt try out the food at the restaurant so i cannot comment. A very pleasant stay and woukd definitely visit again

Room was comfortable but quite noisy as could hear the people in the rooms next to us. Very clean with nice amenities. The staff we encountered were all very rude! I have never experienced this before. From check in to check out, they were rude. The older woman on the desk especially had a bad attitude and the man practically threw the room keys at us. For this reason, I wouldn’t return.
