We absolutely loved our stay at the Lamaro Hotel! Check in was easy and the concierge went out of their way to make our honeymoon enjoyable. The rooms and hotel itself were nicely decorated and very clean. The rooftop view and location are impeccable. I recommend adding the breakfast, it’s very beautiful and the food is top notch.

From the moment of arriving you knew you were going to get the best stay. A warm welcome, efficient check - showing us to our sumptuous bedrooms. The bedroom was beautifully presented and equipped with views out onto the square below. Staff during our stay were attentive and looking out for you giving a brolly to shelter from the rain showers. The hotel roof terrace has one of the best views in Barcelona. Just amazing. We hope to return soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay with great staff and clean rooms and equipment. Close to the cathedral and gothic quarter with plenty of dining options and very walkable. Only complaint is that it can get very hot at night due to there only being central heating. Even after opening a window or two we would be sweating sometimes overnight. Overall though the stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend this spot to others. We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and a lot of it was because of this hotel. Thank you!

Such a great location right in the Gothic quarter. Staff with amazing, very friendly and gave recommendations for dinners and sites to see that we’re close by, including mapping a running trail for us. They really seem to go above and beyond for their guests. Would definitely recommend this hotel for it’s great location, large rooms by European standards that were nicely furnished and w good amenities!

The service and location were great. The front desk was always helpful and offered great recommendations. The room and products were okay, nothing special, though the nespresso machine was a nice touch. At night the rooms appeared pretty quiet (except for the church bells on the hour, but they did not wake us up once we were asleep) and pillows were comfortable. If breakfast is included in your room price then do the breakfast. DO NOT pay the 22 euros (plus tax so closer to 40euros per person) for the breakfast. Absolutely not worth more than 5-10 euros a person
