Very Disappointing – Poor Service
Despite having stayed at this hotel six times before, this visit was extremely disappointing. On arrival there was no welcome or basic courtesy from reception staff, who were more focused on another issue. Check-in was slow and poorly handled, with no explanation given.
Things got worse when we reached the room and found the fridge locked. As a diabetic, I need a fridge to store medication. I was told someone would come in five minutes — after waiting over 20 minutes, I had to go back to reception myself.
The response from a member of Luigi was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking any apology. Instead of resolving the issue, I was spoken to disrespectfully and even told I had a “bad attitude,” which was shocking and unacceptable.
This reflects a serious lack of customer service and poor management oversight. Sadly, after multiple previous stays, I will not be returning.
