Disliked: Staff & service
The entire front desk staff including the managers need to go to a training for customer service. They hardly smile and they have new trainees that they cannot handle even small stuff. The single room that I had was opening to a concrete wall and it was so small and claustrophobic. The manager offered me a free breakfast and the receptionist was trying to eliminate it on the day of check out. The hotel location is really great but one needs to look at other options before reserving a room here. The guy serving breakfast looks so unhappy and unfriendly. Why do you stay in a job that you don’t like? I had noise issues from the ceiling and the phone was not working. The only nice staff was the maintenance guy and he was very professional. He fixed the problems. The cleaning standards are not very high. Overall very disappointed and never again.
