Staff was nice, but the room was horrible brown stains on the bedspread.black spots on the sheets. Floors were dirty.shelves were dirty in the room had a foul smell. I didn’t even stay there it was that horrible.

We booked with the understanding it was a budget hotel and we were not going to get the luxury amenities we get at higher end places. With that said. The place was not clean. There was change all over the floor the surfaces were covered in crumbs from the last people. The phone had sticky grossnes on it. It also did not work. There were no towels in the room not that that matered because there was standing water in the tub so we were not using that. The towel rack above the toilet was so loose we thought it would fall out of the wall.

Front desk clerk was rude said I didn’t have a reservation thru Expedia and I showed her confirmation email and everything and she tells me I need to call Expedia because she could see it on one computer but not on her side it took over 1 hour too get a room and get in room tv doesn’t work it was nasty inside. Don’t stay here

Terrible Never again. Fist off put us on the 4th floor having to climb stirs about killed us as one in party had a heart condition. Had to change rooms cause one didn't have working light in bathroom and the toilet quit working. The next room was just as bad and couldn't keep it cool enough. We hated this place never coming back.

Several utilities in the room were not working, and there was a puddle of water next to the toilet. Black mold was visibly present on the bathroom walls. Due to these issues, we had to request a different room.

This had to be the worse place I have ever stayed in. The sheets on the bed were soiled, we had to go purchase new linen for the bed. The toilet was backed up and flooded the bathroom. We had to change rooms at 2am. The new room was just as bad as the old one. The owners of this facility do not take pride in it. It is very obvious that they do not invest back into their property. I would never stay at this place again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. I do not understand why you guys have this on your list, for people to stay. This makes me feel like you do not care about the people who use your site, as long as you are making money. I will think twice before using your site, the next time I travel. I am very disappointed.

Don’t do it!!

The bathroom was disgusting. Hair all in the tub annd on counter of the sink. Only 1 light in the entire room worked. There were baby roaches on the floor by tub. Friends with a room next to ours had to change rooms bc the lights not plugs worked. There was lots of banging and loud noise around 3am. Not sure what was going on. Beds were very hard and pillows were the size of couch pillows. We will not be back!
