Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We won't be back. Lobby was clean and shiny. Room was disgusting. Torn drapes, burnholes in the duvet, showerhead hanging from the wall. Filthy bathroom with urine stains all over the back of the toilet. One hanger in the closet. The arms on the desk chair were torn off. Very very noisy.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30. The first time we went there, at 8:30, there were slim pickings. The second time we went at 9, there was even less. I asked the cook to make more scrambled eggs and she refused. I had one toast. Today we had to checkout early for our flight and managed to get there at 7. There was eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, waffles, etc. Apparently it's first come, first served and nothing will be refilled. So if you're not an early riser, no breakfast for you. The sign should say breakfast at 6:30 and if maybe you sleep later you're SOL.
The pool was lovely to sit at but the highway noise is so loud it's just not relaxing.
There are plenty of hotel alternatives on the same street. Stay at any of them. Not here.
