The rooms are beautiful and updated but the wi-fi didn’t work the entire stay and heard excuses like when futbal games are on the government of spain turns off all services. i had to do lots of work and couldn’t because of no wifi. when checking out that didn’t even acknowledged this was happening. i will go directly to Hyatt. To Bad! close location to airport for early morning flights

Facility was excellent, help on transportation to princess cruise port was terrible. First Toni said he would take care of it. When I check at the conserire desk Maria said she could help. When the time came we had to get two taxis instead of the one van we had requested. On the way to the port our no English driver got lost. Fortunately we made it there.
