This was a pretty good hotel overall. I was concerned because there was a lack of parking in the parking lot and no handicap parking whatsoever designated. This was a problem for me as we have access as a family to handicap parking. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood, traveling with my daughter, as there were some questionable activities happening on the corner of the hotel. The inside of the hotel was fine, the bathroom could have been cleaner, however, for the price and the quick overnight it was fine.

Overnight stay in Jamestown

Overnight stay after visiting the comedy center. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Convenient to restaurants and we liked the safety feature that you needed a key card to access certain floors.

Breakfast commitment was not honored.!!!!

did not realize the booking 3was a third party and was to[d My wife and I would be given complimentary breakfast incedentially your hotel was the highest around 119 a night were higher than any other hotet in the area. The clerk on duty said we cant do anything with third party she could not even give me how much I paid; Don't they really work for your hotel????? she gave me the name of 2 manager. I have decided if a person that is representing your company is not truthful!!!! I really dont want to do business with your company and will not..
