The hotel was ok, nice reception when we got there. Bed comfortable. Towels replaced dairy if left on floor. Beds made and bin emptied. I wouldn't say room was cleaned dairy. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, so we went out for breakfast after 1st day. Lunch and dinner were repetitive, but what you expect of AI. Cocktails were disappointing, tequila sunrise made with fanta. Coffee was good. Would i return, no, but wasn't a horrible hotel.

We stayed in a deluxe room in the 2nd block. The room was large and had everything we needed, the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No problem with sunbeds.would happily stay again.

Lovely stay

Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious. Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. All areas were clean. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

The hotel was lovely, spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. The spa was also very relaxing. We upgraded to all-inclusive whilst whilst checking in, and the quality of food and drinks were worth it.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.

Staff unfriendly, reception lady was rude on arrival when checking in, bar staff in lobby were dismissive. The room was ok apart from mould on bathroom ceiling which was black, one of the sockets/usb on bedside table broken, shower flooded each time of use, hook in bathroom broken and i had birthday bottle of prosecco delivered to me on day 1, day 5 was still in room where it was left empty. Cleaner changed towels and made bed, nothing else. Not a 4 star hotel.
