My fiancé and I were really excited to have a nice get away before the craziness of our wedding. When booking we picked the room based on seeing a jetted tub in the room. We loved the idea of getting to relax and watch a movie or looking out at the ocean while enjoying the tub. We were very disappointed when it was in the bathroom. It was also very gross looking. We also were very disappointed when we couldn’t close the “black out” curtains like they said we would have. We knew that the lobby was getting renovated, but we were upset to find out that we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool. We were not notified of that being in repair as well.

From the moment we walked in until we checked out, everything was seamless. The staff was very accommodating and polite. The room was large enough for our family 6, and the kids loved it. The only thing I wish was also available is a continental breakfast. The hotel restaurant was pricey. Everything else was great. we will definitely visit during the summer.

Before booking the trip we checking with hotel website on whether the inside pool was available,which it was. After booking and paying a non refundable charge we were informed the the hotel was under major construction. We would not have booked if we had known that. The construction was noisy with major noise in our room during the day, and eliminated being able to get to the beach without going through the parking garage and out onto the city street. Our room was not prepared for our visit, as the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty, and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor from the inlet pipe. We also went to use the indoor pool , and were informed the pool was closed that day due to the chemicals being out of balance. They told us we could use the pool in the hotel next door. We were not about to go several hundred yards outside in wet swimsuits when the wind chill was around 25 degrees. Since the hotel had been shut down during the winter, it is unconscionable that it was not ready for guests when it had just recently reopened.

Pictures.online did not represent the room or bathroom correct. We booked and expected a separate Jacuzzi tub in the room (according to the pictures) in reality the Jacuzzi was in the bathroom and doubled for a shower. The rain shower head was the only way to take a shower and it spread water everywhere but on you. Cheap ocean city hotel amenities. I would have been ok with this but I booked a room twice as much expecting a separate walk in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub in the room aka according to the photos. Was told by hotel staff that this was Expedias fault for booking thru a 3rd party app. Bait and switch

The property was good. Would I recommend it to friends and family maybe. Access to the beach was good. The pool seem nice just getting into the pool the doors di isn’t work so we had to ask management to let us in. The coffee we had in the lobby was horrible. I figured it was left from the night prior. So we tried it again the next day however it was horrible again. Decided to go to a coffee shop instead for the rest of our 5 day stay. Exercise at the gym and the stationary bike was okay. Just not kept up in cleanliness. Also, I guess hotels claim the beds are queens however they are both full size beds. I have two queen size beds at home and they are way bigger.
