Breakfast and location are nice. However, our room had bed bugs and their bites were heavily annoying. The only response from the hotel was, they will clean the beds right after we left so that the next guests will not have the same inconvenience. Also they hoped, our next stay (seriously?) will be better. Not even a word or recognition of an apologize. Also our room safe didn’t work. Although we reported it at arrival, they did not take care at all for the whole three days of our stay.

This hotel has it all. Great location with transport at your doorstep. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. There was a coffee machine and a kettle to make tea which is always appreciated. The choice at breakfast is outstanding. Julius and Regina made my stay even better with their helpful friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if ever Im in Berlin.

When I checked in I was given the key for a room on the 7xx floor instead of 5xx where I was supposed to be. I could have entered someone else’s room. The front desk was very causal about this. The room was dirty with strange sticky orange and brown stains on the wall. In addition, the bottled water in the room was open was clearly opened and drank out off and the glasses had marks on them as if they had been used. The front desk shrugged this off and said oh just get a water out the minibar. They had no concern that cleaning staff didn’t thoroughly clean the room after the prior guest. The minibar was also warm and broken. Would not stay here again until the staff addresses the issues with cleanliness and hygiene.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Berlin. Its location near a train station was extremely convenient for travel around the city, as well as visiting many of the major tourist destinations. The staff was accommodating and efficient. The room was spacious and met our needs wonderfully. Very much recommend this hotel.

The rooms are great, clean, well equipped and comfortable to sleep in. The lobby is welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and with many choices of great quality food. The only drawback is that it is right next to the train station - if you are a light sleeper, this might bother you. We did request a room change for a quieter side and the staff was very accommodating and changed our room.
