The hotel is quirky and in a perfect spot for everything. However should not be classified as a 4 star hotel. The rooms are decent but so many flaws that simple things could fix. Walls had numerous marks and smudges, chipped paint and holes. The floors creaked and the floor boards were worn and peeling. Bathroom was ok but hair left behind and the doo is far too heavy.

We were welcomed by Aldara and a trainee Asier who was very professional, pleasant and patient when we checked in with our group. He was able to give us 2 out of our 4 rooms early which we greatly appreciated. Rooms are clean, decent sized with sound proofed windows, coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of water. Air conditioner worked well. Location is great. Walking distance to many, shops and restaurants. My brother enjoyed the arcade game machine in the lobby. Traveled with my father who uses a wheelchair and the adapted room is a wet room so water gets everywhere in the bathroom, otherwise our stay was great

The main reason I booked this hotel was to enjoy the rooftop, but I was informed on arrival that it is closed until summer. When I visited in April, the temperature was ~21 degrees Celsius with no rain, so it seemed like a lazy decision not to open it. Something to note, the bathroom doors are glass in the triple room, so if you are staying with friends and not as a couple, this could be uncomfortable as you can see through. The location was excellent.

Overall a very modest stay. Generally the facilities were clean and modern but very little to make it “great”. Minimal amenities and even the showers had one type of shampoo that was for hair, body and face altogether. My key card had issues and had to have it reissued 3 times

Excellent location and superb staff. Breakfast buffet was simple and fresh. The room was ok, my particular room had some issue with the double glazing so there was condensation in between the glass panes, making the window hard to see through. This problem rectified itself in a few days as the temperature outside climbed higher. Comfy beds, and the mini fridge and coffee machine were nice touches. Would definitely stay again
