The room was very clean and quiet, you do have to request a fridge and it is an extra fee. The pool area was great. The staff were wonderful. There is plenty of food options on site!

Hotel/Casino=1*, baby dolphins=5*

Pics make it look great, reality not so much. Very run down, smelled old and musky, toilet constantly running all through the night, very low water pressure to the point where you could barely rinse the shampoo out your hair, shower/tub leaked terribly all over the floor when taking a shower and of course there were only 2 towels so it was either dry yourself off or the floor, very dim lighting and bathroom light flickered constantly. This is not a complaint because we did know this before hand but for anyone needing a fridge or microwave there isn't any in the room, but you can rent a fridge for extra charge, most all ice machines on the many floors were not working and the one on the 9th floor that was working, was very dirty, definitely not something you would expect at a casino hotel, we are simple people that don't require much and don't treat ourselves to fancy places often, but for the price, we've stayed in cheap motels that were way more accommodating than this. The balcony was dirty, stains on the walls, and such an eyesore looking down at the filthy pool and hot tub and the drained old pool next to it, but our highlight of the entire stay was seeing the baby dolphins play throughout the day from our balcony.

Some of the most rude employees I've ever encountered at a hotel! Will never go back and would never recommend this filthy hotel to anyone! Added fees to room at check that were not disclosed on Expedia! Still waitiing for refund for the additional deposit that was tacked on as well! Do better!

First of all there were stains from Bedbugs on the linen the shower doors were filthy I asked for a refrigerator because of medication it wasn’t one available also I asked for a blanket one was not available very unacommadating never again
