this was my wedding anniversary, I wanted to take my husband somewhere. he had never been before first the customer server was horrible. if you ask the employees something they would look at you like you said, wrong. the room that we stay in 1246 was not clean I had to call housekeeping when we got there the floor was dirty the bathroom need to be clean the shower door was not clean i drop my earbud on the floor my husband got it from under the sofa there was dust build up for day on the elevator there was a black lady with a cart i ask her was she in housekeeping she was she is a supervisor she say yes when I try to talk to she got off the elevator the light fixtures was dust the head board was not clean and when you call to ask about the tv no one won't too help I guess they didn't know one things that I have learn when you working is to know you product and make your customer. this didn't happen for use I took pictures of the room I wish my first anniversary would have been a better experience a waste of money
