I never been to a hotel with no microwave no refrigerator and no servicing your room expect towels which they never brought to my room really I deserve a room credit this was basic for the price I had to pay for the room

I was shocked when we were staying for 3 nights and called housekeeping to ask for our room to be cleaned and they informed us that they only clean the rooms after 4 nights!!! I travel a lot and I have never encountered this, even cheap hotels will clean your room. And if a customer requests it, they still wouldn't do it. Wow, very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and the view was beautiful. The shower head was horrible. The water barely came out. I could not believe I had the awesome room with a view, but couldn’t take a decent shower.

This place needs a serious upgrade! Not many of the outlets worked, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, the shower door leaked all over the floor and none of the ice makers on our floor worked. We asked for a refrigerator the first night and when we checked out (5 days later) we still hadn’t gotten one. There was a part of our hallway that was uneven. No signs or anything telling you to be careful. (I tripped the first 2 days). This is not a place I would stay again.
