Elevators first & foremost were a huge annoyance. The buildings setup is confusing an all over the place. Rooms were decent but not worth the price. Food was ok we tried all of the restaurants and I wouldn't recommended any. Order out for pickup an save your money. Staff was friendly but seemed overworked. Pool area was cool but small. Arcade had a lot of broken games an kind of a rip off. Same thing for the paradise pier. Overall not horrible but wouldn't stay again.

The rooms are not as good as the one in Jacksonville. It could be a little bit more updated for how much you’re getting in with the money you pay. The play area was nice the bar and the food by the pool. People weren’t always there. You have to wait a lot for the attendance to come back. It would be nice if there was room service.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation! One of our top 10 getaways for our entire family! The room was perfect for our family, the elevators are busy during checkin each day, but we planned around it. The water park was perfect for the kiddos and adults. We grabbed drinks at the swim up bar and hit the lazy river. The property felt very safe and the staff was very helpful. Food was a bit overpriced for the quality, so we door dashed daily. It also saved us a lot $$$. The Saltgrass steakhouse across the street is awesome if your looking for a great steak dinner.

Check in was easy. Check in is at 4 any earlier and there may be an extra charge. There is a $100 incidental fee charged at check in, but refunded at time of checkout. You get bracelets to get in the water park area that also double as your room key. Standard room with two queen bed was nice and roomy enough. The beds are comfortable. The feather pillows are the best. Coffee shop has plenty of options for breakfast or whenever you want a snack. Farruggios pizzeria has great pizza but due to being so busy service was bad. The Arcade was massive and we’ll put together. Be prepared to spend between $50-$100 plus. My son went through $60 in couple hours which isn’t that bad. $60 gets you 400 credits and most games are between 6 to 17 credits. Arcade is a lot of fun. Water park on 5th floor was great, but very busy. There are two water slides, a lazy river, a Lilly pad crossing thing for small ones, and a swim up bar. Did not eat at Margaritaville restaurant or Doe’s. Paradise pier is a lot of fun. If you wait till the end of the day you can get the last hour pass for $20 and ride all the rides before they close. One hour is enough time to ride almost all the rides. Elevators are the only complaint. The elevators make moving around a time consuming ordeal. Plan to stay away from elevators at 11am and 4pm. Golden nugget is a short walk next door if you gamble or want to get away at night. Had a great time overall. Plenty to do.

I liked the room. It was 99.5 % clean and looked very nice. I did not like the fact that we were 4 (2 adults and 2 children), reserved a deluxe 2 queen bedroom with a sofa bed, but didn't use the sofa bed. We did not use the sofa bed because the mattress was horrible. We could feel the spring and it was lopsided. When I reported the issue, the front desk sent maintenance to exchange it. It was worse because there was stain on the mattress that my granddaughter noticed immediately. I was told that the mattresses are all the same for the sofa beds, leaving me to wonder why an exchange happened. I explained this at checkout, but I was never offered anything other than I should have gotten multiple blankets to put on the mattress. The maid (Asian decent) on the last day barely wanted to give me towels to accommodate the 4 of us. She acted like I was being unreasonable for asking for necessities. She made me feel like a thief. She should have asked me what I paid to stay there, which helps pay her salary. Others were nice. Overall, the rooms were very pleasing. At least, I know what to expect next time because I would reserve a room there again. Perhaps I would just report the maid's rudeness and not get a sofa bed.

The property was nice. I like the fact that the water park was easily accessible and the arcade, but one of the beds in the room had bed bugs. My daughters had bite marks on them.

I really enjoyed the convenience of the property. I didn’t have to leave off the property unless I wanted too. The hotel had different food options, fun activities for your family, and shopping available on the property. Really nice family location.

I’m very disappointed. Even my kids said the water park on level 5 was no where near what we thought it would be. My 8 year old even said it was boring. The drink I got from the pool area didn’t even taste like it had alcohol in it. The room should’ve been a lot nice I think. It was kind of outdated. I just couldn’t believe that the rooms didn’t have a microwave. Our “fitted sheet” ( I say that bc it was just a mattress protector) kept coming off because the zipper was broken. I went to request another and they sent me a queen size instead of a. I was also shocked that we didn’t have a tub in our room. For a kid friendly resort I was thinking we would for sure have a bathtub. Then the tile in the bottom of the shower wasn’t even flat.Don’t even get me started on the elevators. There were 4 in the main entrance that got so congested during check-in hour the wait time was unreal. Then there was 2 more sets as well one for the garage and I’m can’t even remember where the other went. Also didn’t like how the pool doesn’t open till 9 and then you can’t bring inside food or drinks in which just allowing water would’ve been nice. The one thing I did like is that your wristband is also your room key. The floors carpet in halls were filthy. And several of the floors had broken ice machines.
