Let's start with asking for extra pillows when we checked in. We had to call down 2 hours later because they forgot. 2nd - we were on 4th floor and the music by the 3rd floor pool was so loud it woke us up both mornings and pool isn't open. 3rd go to pool take out tumblers and we were told no we could not take them in there yet there are lots of people in there with them and more coming in with tumblers. Ask our waitress she says it's at the discretion of the person who checks you in. Why if I have same tumblers as everyone else. 4th use the iron in room and its black on the bottom and get stuff all over our clothes. Call for a new iron to front desk. We waited 45 min no iron. Finally called housekeeping and they come in 10 mins and also had to replace the empty lotion container. We go and stay alot of places but this was by far my worst experience at the Nugget.

Check in was smooth really nice supervisor checked us in it was my husband’s birthday he gave us complimentary drink coupons!! Will stay again

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Arrived at 8pm for check in after soccer tournament. First room smelled absolutely awful, burn marks all over bath tub. Requested a new room. Second room smelled better but upon inspection found roaches and short shaved hairs all in the bed, floor, on ac unit literally everywhere as well as burn marks all over the vanity and bathtub. Loose tobacco in every drawer from cigerettes being emptied out for god knows why. (Found emptied ciggerette shell in the drawer with it) The site is completely unnacceptable for kids to stay hallways reeked of Marijuana and cigarettes with very apparent prostitution going on. This place is literally a crackhouse. We requested a refund immediately and the front desk called the owner (i assume) and got it approved. She said it would take an hr or so. We packed up and traveled to a ramada about 35 min away and booked there for the night. 3 days later we still have not been refunded. The most digusting place i have ever been to, and we stay at hotels very frequently traveling for soccer. Other reviews on this site regarding the hotel are absolutely not true.

Our entire family had a blast!! It was our kids first time and they loved the arcade and swimming area!! Will definitely be returning!
