Nice hotel. Not much going on around, but that's Binghamton in the summer, on a Sunday, for you. Check in and check out was convenient and the people were kind and courteous. Didn't get a chance to check out most of the hotel since we were only there for one night. A convenient 6-minute walk from the bus station. Room was nice. Spacious. Just didn't like having to step into the bathtub since I have a bum ankle and have my foot in a boot. Would be nice if they had a shower stall you could just walk right into.

Very nice hotel and good location Our only complaint during the 2 night stay was noise levels at night . Friday was full of baseball teams in most areas of hotel ( tournament weekend) but calmed down by mid evening Saturday had an event across the street that was very loud and lasted until after 1am.. I thought the city may have noise ordinance after midnight .. but apparently not .

Quality of room was good, and free access to the adjoining athletic club with sauna/spa/pool was a nice benefit. Bistro could have been better. They ran out of some foods at the breakfast buffet about halfway through the designated time. Although the staff promised to refill the fresh fruit platters, I waited 35 minutes to no avail. Felt that I wasted money on the buffet. Ate outside the hotel for subsequent breakfasts. Ordered room service one night for dinner, but it never came. Housekeeping did not restock the in-room coffee packets. No big deal -- they had free coffee in the lobby, but if you wake up jet lagged at 3:00am and there is no coffee available in your room then that's a bit of a bummer. Rather expected a bit more for what I paid here.

It was a very nice stay overall, some of the fixtures and small details in the room were worse for wear, but room was clean and nice enough. We didn’t enjoy that the windows didn’t open but I get the safety aspect. Staff were very nice and helpful! Pool and gym were very nice although irritating that it wasn’t attached to the hotel. Overall would stay again!

Our bathroom wasn't clean & had a purple smudge of something on the outside of the tub. The bathroom had a funky smell like mold. Overall, the room was dated & very disappointing. The staff & restaurant, however, were terrific

Happy enough with our stay

Hotel is fairly clean. One qualm is the odd plastic mat they have in the shower - I think it's to help prevent slipping, but seems like it makes it dirtier. The pool is OK, but is actually a separate business from the hotel. Food options at the Bistro are pretty good for a hotel.
