The room was okay the air conditioner / heater didn't work very well TV never works very well there the bed was comfortable the water was wet and at the front desk,, COMPLETELY A DIFFERENT STORY THEY NEED TO GET SOMEBODY WITH A SENSE OF HUMOR AND SOMEBODY WITH A PERSONALITY,, OR JUST HAVE A ROBOT BECAUSE THE GUY THAT WAS THERE WAS USELESS

Staff was great. Room was obviously recently renovated. Comfy furniture. Best heat in a hotel room in a VERY long time! We will stay again when in the area.

The room was not seviced after the first day. Towels were insuficient. Cleanliness was "acceptable" but the room decor and atmosphere was "cold". Parking was adequate but snow fell both nights and was not removed. The location. Near shopping was convenient. The need for a security deposi was a surprise... i will be waiting vigilantly for its return.

It’s an OK motel but the beds are not the greatest quality. Everything else was fine. And free coffee in the lobby was nice.

The room was too heavily smelling of a cleaner or air freshener. My C-Pap machine still has that odor the next night, when we were at a different location. One wonders what it was so was breathing in all night. The dark floor appeared clean, but my socks and my husband’s feet told a different story. Our dog even smells of that odor. . I’ll have to give her a bath. The bed appeared clean. The bathroom was clean. The hot water came on immediately and we don’t get that at our home- so that was a treat. There was lots of garbage all around the perimeter of the property, as I tried to walk my dog, and the garbage bins were all full to overflowing. A wooded area nearby was suspiciously looking like a dump or a place homeless people may be camping out. Makeshift bridge, grocery cart, cardboard and plastic. We stayed here in June. Had no complains. This time, the price was higher and can’t recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised. Was much nicer than I thought it would be. Staff was very nice too. Room didn’t get cleaned and had to ask for more towels but that’s it. Otherwise a pleasant experience.
