It is an older property. Clean and staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Could not have been nicer. This is a good property, just needs renovating and I think that they may be doing that. Great location, I felt safe (traveling alone female). Near all the restaurants and convenient to Highways. There were noise issues (kids from a soccer tournament) that were addressed by front desk and taken care of. I would stay there again. Again - the staff went over and beyond!

It was ok for the price. Seemed like they may be in the middle of a renovation. All of the elevators were down, which was super inconvenient, especially getting out luggage up to the 3rd floor. Also, it seemed like there was a restaurant and read as if their were deli sandwiches in their "market." The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The "market" had a very small selection, much smaller than most and there were no sandwiches, only snack foods. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Elevators were broken for three days. I was on the third floor. It would have been good to know in order to cancel You had to carry your luggage three flights ( for me ) and only one person helping check in a line of people

Decent Stay

Our stay was ok. Reggie at the Front Desk was helpful and kind. The hotel itself is a tad bit antiquated and the amenities need to be upgraded. The double bed rooms are horrible but the King bed rooms are ok. We wound up checking out a day early and the hotel desk clerk didn’t want to give me my refund until I spoke with Hotels.com agent. And the agent helped me get my refund. Thanks Hotels.com!!!

First, reception checked me into an already occupied room which they fixed. The room and overall facility was really humid and they needs a central AC system. None of the towels I used air dried. The little wall units just don’t work well even when turned down low so it smelled musty. When I stay at Courtyard by Marriott, I expect a higher tier of service and quality than a discount motel.

After checking in I found there was no toilet paper in the room and the tp roller was laying on the sink counter. Had to take the roller to the front desk to get paper. Had a two night stay and our room was not serviced. Had to empty the trash bag and place it in the hall and go to the front desk to request more towels. Upon checkout I spoke with the manager who told me she would email me regarding compensation. Never heard from her.
