Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Old, dated, dirty smudges on the walls and doors. Chipped paint. They are renovating it, but probably should have done that 5 years ago.

I had to move my room because the tub bottom was dirty. The carpets multiple stains and rust noted on several items in bathroom. The worst was the vent in the 2nd bathroom, it was so dirty and black. This is not the 1st hotel I’ve seen this sort of thing. Obviously this does not seem important. But to a person who has worked in quality review I see things others do not. The bed was very hard, on a positive note, the manager Kitsie was very nice. I did not have s chance to speak with her about these other issues though. I would stay there again due to its convenience. I did read it is in process of remodeling and sure hope they put better, restful beds in there 😊

Would Not Return

The hotel was under construction and it's not listed on your website. When I checked in I am a reward member and can get early check which I was on a hour and half early and the front desk representative was rude! My room was nasty and smelled like mildew, I had no bedding for my pull out sofa bed for my 7 year old so we pulled sheets off our bed to make it work. I started to just check out the same day and go home after concert but it was too late.

Very Poor Hotel

We had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is old, with dirty carpets, dark halls, very little lighting at the entrance. It had the smell of mold in several places . The breakfast was very meager and not attractively presented. Several other guests were requesting refunds and actually checked out soon after checking in because of the condition of their room! Overall, it was very disappointing. Certainly VERY OVERPRICED for the condition! Certainly not up to Hilton standards.

The hallway was kinda dark and needed updating. The room appear nice and clean beds comfortable. The outlets needed replaced they were wore out could not plug anything up. The usb port for cell phone charging was wore out as well. The water pressure was very low, the toilet was not working properly but they did come on fix it. The room was nice looks needed painting but was ok. The location was near good places to eat and shop for local things close to the local medical doctors. It appears it might about to be remolding.

The staff here were very kind and helpful. There were signs saying that they were renovating when we arrived and that is understandable and was definitely an older building in need of repairs; however, we woke up in the morning to a flooded bathroom floor and discovered that the toilet had been dripping water from the top overnight. The staff did come and mop it up quickly after we called, but we never saw a maintenance person. We ended up just heading out earlier than planned because we could not use our bathroom in the room.
