Great for families.

Nice big property and good facilities. Plenty space for us all and good kitchen. Let down by drafty single glazing and blinds that let car lights shine into bedroom. Road noise was quite loud.

Property new not far drive to town however if on lower ground apartments can hear above when flushing toilet

We were in a bottom unit and it was noisy. The first night we had to listen to kids noisily running on the floor above us. Same thing in the morning. We could even hear the toilet flushing. The second night we had to hear a couple having sex. The unit didn’t look anything like the on-line pictures. It was dirty and beat up. The shower stall had a moldy drain, mold at the base and mold on the tile grout. The carpet was worn in places and the unit was dark. Inadequate lighting: the only lighting was bright ceiling lights. Not recommended.

I was very impressed with this property. The cleanliness and newness of the facilities were top-notch. The front office team deserves special mention for their prompt and efficient communication. The location is also ideal, offering convenient access to the town center and a wide selection of restaurants within minutes. A truly enjoyable experience!

They were kind enough to give us a beautiful apartment facing the mountains to mark our celebration. The place was bright, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The views were spectacular. Reception staff were very friendly. Garage was the bonus. Highly recommended!

Good location in Central Wanaka. Upstairs unit very warm. Only 1 fan for 3 bedrooms. 4 towels for 6 people.

The property was very noisy. The build was on the cheap and shows. Big issue was the neighbour was upstairs and the noise transfer between the units was bad. TV was almost unusable as no reception. Not many cars would fit in the garage as the opening was tight.
