Poor service - our room was 45 minutes late being ready. After a 5 hour drive with a 1 year this was unacceptable. We requested a crib on the reservation and even messaged in advance. When we finally did get to our room there was no crib. We had to request it 3 more times and finally received it 3 hours later. When it finally arrived it came with no bedding.
Not noted on Hotels.com is that the pool is only open from 11am to 6pm. So after our room being late, multiple attempts to get a crib and finally eating we were unable to even use the pool.
For a high rated hotel these are all problems that we should not be dealing with. They need some new management with someone me who can plan ahead and not have such obvious issues
