Location of this property is magnificent! Lakefront views and terraces make it a stellar option. Property offers plenty of outdoor seating to absorb the scenery with access to a public dock, pier and dangerously close proximity to an ice cream shop next door. Easy walking access to the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Our room was very comfortably furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Really wished we'd brought our bikes to take advantage of the bike/walking trail that went past the hotel along the lake. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay and will return when in the area.

The room was clean. The view of the lake was awesome! Having a walking trail next to the lake was great as well! Having only one elevator working was a minor annoyance.

Pretty lake views. Book for the lake, not the pool

The hotel is pretty and right on the lake. Good walking distance to restaurants & shops in downtown Geneva. The pool is very tiny; at first sight it was mistaken as a hot tub. Service at the restaurant was slow, I'd recommend walking to a nearby restaurant. We were excited to see a washer & dryer on the 2nd floor, but the washer wasn't working.

Beds were great, rooms were quiet. It was nice being by the water. An elevator was out of service during our visit which I gathered from other reviews is a long-term issue Management should consider repairing, since it does make things slow getting to and from the room

Excellent location…6 floors, 2 elevators, one not working and according to locals has been not working for 1 year. If people are fit can use stairs. Staff and guests have to wait forever to ride the 1 elevator. Who ever is top dog in this place is being inconsiderate to guests and staff by not getting elevator fixed. I will not stay there again (stayed for 5 nights)if this situation persists.

We really liked everything other than the fact that we arrived from another state, arrived early. Had to pay $30. I literally put our luggage in the room and went on the wine trail. I don't know why you would charge a fee, since the room is reserved and empty.

Property easy to find. Front desk was professional and greeted us upon arrival. Slept well on mattress. Great view of the lake from lakeside rooms. Easy access to lakefront sidewalk to stroll for miles. Property itself was well worn, both inside and out. Bathrooms are ready for a makeover. Missing lockbox in room. No dining on site, even though there were signs for this amenity. One elevator was out of order.

What I did not like was that I was charged $30 for early arrival, even though the room was ready. We basically just dropped our luggage off and set off to the wineries. This will definitely make a difference where I stay next time.

We love this hotel and the area. It’s located feet away from the lake and surrounded by a walking/bike path right outside of the hotel. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a nice patio to enjoy a great meal. Get a water view room. You will enjoy looking at the area and lake a lot! There’s an ice cream stand just feet away too! There’s a few streets you can walk to with a nice variety of restaurants as well. Close to wineries as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
