Compare Hotels with Parking in Boca Raton

Was there for one night. Very convenient for a visit to FAU. Literally 8 mins away

Everything during my stay was fine. BUT 3 weeks later I have a charge from the hotel for the $50 hold and am getting the run around getting it back. I have my itinerary number, but the hotel will only recognize my reservation number....not the same thing.

Everything was delicious like always.

They should have Free Coffee 24/hrs downstairs, and maybe a small snack bar for their guests.

The breakfast was unsatisfactory. There was no fresh bread or fresh bagels, no choice of chesses and diary products, very small amounts of vegetables such as tomatos, and no choice of coffees. The main issue was that my room was very cold due to a malfunctioning AC. I reported the problem, the concierge sent a technician who established the problem, but the issue was not fixed and I was not given another room despite assurances from the staff. My room was at 61-62 degrees Farnheit. I will never stay in this hotel again!!!!!

The pool was closed while we were there but it was a decent olace, room was clean and had a privacy balcony. Room was fairly priced so that was good
