Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stay here 3-4 times a year when traveling to Florida. Unfortunately this time was our worst experience as the room felt dirty and not cleaned for the entire week we stayed. We have a toddler and were consistently cleaning her feet from dirt on the carpet and the floor tiles. We asked for the floor to be mopped but it seemingly never happened.
We took photos of the floor one morning before heading out for the day in hopes we may have been wrong, but when we got back that night the same food and crumbs were on the floor. Having a toddler made us that much more aware how unclean the rooms are. Very disappointing given we’ve stayed here multiple times but would consider anywhere else in the area, especially feel as if the rooms just have the beds made daily and the rest of the suite has no attention paid to it. Unfortunate, but glad we took pictures as reminders of how little attention was paid to cleanliness.
