Staff are great. Wifi excellent clean room pool big and nice

We paid for a partial ocean view while were given a room at 2nd floor which we could only see AC condensers on a roof! The manager mentioned that you need to walk out of your room and pass the AC condenses all the way to the edge of roof and then you can see the Ocean and this is still called a partial ocean view!! We were lucky that there was another room available to switch to for that last night but that is ridiculous they give you a room with awful view, and they still call it an ocean view! Unbelievable!! It is definitely not worth to spend $400 a night for that. I would never ever go back!

Took us over 1 hour to get bedding for the pull out couch…after 3 calls, we finally received them. The shower had no door, so showers were cold. The room was freezing when we got there and took several hours to get cooled down.

Yes the pool side Furniture was very comfortable. And the kitchen and everything I needed to cook. Walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants.

Great location. Staff were kind and welcoming.
