This was the worst experience of my life. Not exaggerating. When we first arrived, the lobby is brand new and renovated Ted, but when you get upstairs to the bedroom, it’s outdated shabby and disgusting. It smells of urine due to the humidity that’s trapped in the room and the nasty carpet that they have the appliances are all updated. Our key card stopped working so we got locked out of the room, there were ants in the bathroom sink, mold on the couch. There was dust everywhere stains on the carpet and more. We ended up getting moved to another room which the night manager assured us we would have less of an issue here than our first room, and as soon as we stepped in, it’s still reeked of urine. We didn’t sleep in the sheets as we were afraid of bugs. And then by the morning time, I was greeted by baby cockroaches on the nightstand. This was a horrible stay. I have pictures and video evidence of everything. Horrendous it should be illegal to rent a room out like that for over $200 a night.

Overall for one night trip this hotel served its purpose. A bit outdated, but the customer service was good, the happy hour, breakfast were an extra that was nice and the room was decent.

The sink was clogged in my room and stuff was coming out of it - also the water pressure was low. In addition, I am at the lobby bar around 9:15 pm last night and I see the woman bartender using her unprotected fingers in squeezing the fruit and touching the olives of patrons drinks when serving. That must be stopped immediately

Common areas are well kept and clean . Staff friendly and helpful . Room condition was below par . TV service was bad for some reason .carpet in room worn . AC thermostat clicked loudly all night . Grout in shower was ugly ! Not a bad stay but below par for embassy suites .

Staff and service at this hotel were generally very good. Breakfast included with made to order omelets are a plus. Rooms are dated and showing their age, could use a complete remodel. Hot tub was not usable on a February trip due because it was not clean.

Comfortable and great service

Room needs a little work. Really appreciated the cocktails, snacks and breakfast. A little disappointed that you ran out of quinoa for one of the meals we ordered. All in all we would consider returning when in the area.

There were so many things wrong with our room but the staff was very pleasant which definitely made up for it a bit. The room smelled very musty. THe carpet between the two beds was soaking wet and smelly. The bathtub clogged so you were in 3 inches of water while you showered. The TV didn't work. The safety lock on the door was broken. Then didn't get to make up our room till 5:30 so we sent them away since we were getting dressed to go out to dinner. No towels avail for the pool. Great breakfast though!!
