I was not expecting this hotel to be as bad as it was. The wallpaper was falling off the walls, there was a big hole in the carpet in my room that looked like a dog scratched it off. A worker was wearing a ankle monitor. I asked another worked for more conditioner and towels and she did not understand English. I told the front desk and got the conditioner but they sent the wrong number of towels. The phone in the room did not work. There was a huge dip in the mattress so I could only sleep in one spot. I could go on and on, all together it made the stay horrible. I filed a complaint on

Terrible

The room smelled musty. The rugs were ripped and worn. The bathroom shower head was disgusting. We asked for towels and they would not bring them to the room. My mom needed extra pillows for her head because of an illness and they said they were out of pillows. They did not even make an effort to go look for some for us. It was horrible.

My family and I very disappointed.Everytime we went to New York. We always choose here to stay. But this time was horrible. The carpets were moldy. Breakfast was very poor. The facilities very bad . We asked maintenance to fix but never show.

My first room at the hotel was in bad sad shape with holes on the bedspread. I was so tired. I wanted to make this room work, but couldn’t because the bedsheets were just too old and damaged. Location of the property being the airport is a plus. After having stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hauppauge and experienced their breakfast I was disappointed in the breakfast options at this location. The only fruit option available was banana’s for every day of my stay. Not many healthy choice options available. Juice machine was broken and only allowed for 3 options out of four. Was disappointed in seeing an employee from the Radisson that I had a not so pleasant experience with working at this location. Especially since the Radisson and LaQuinta are not affiliated. Employee would not make eye contact with me. Breakfast items were placed in small amounts and the facility was out of basic items. Supply inventory was not managed well. Facility floors need updating. Housekeeping Staff was nice and accommodating. Overall stay was 3.5
