The staff were absolutely excellent throughout, particularly Guilia on the front desk. Every single member of staff was so helpful and delightful. This very much feels like a conference hotel and is there to serve a purpose. Somewhat like an Ibis in the UK. The immediate area is not terribly salubrious and we took a cab into the cent which cost around €25.

The staff here were all really friendly and very helpful. We’re not Italian speakers but the staff had excellent English so this wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very clean and well equipped and room service came in every day. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of things to choose from. We spent time at the rooftop jacuzzi area which was a very pleasant place to sit and relax.

Nice modern room. NOISY!! Noise from adjacent rooms high. Noise from garden events awful. Make sure your room is the other side. Breakfast 7/10. Restaurant 5/10. Very good location for Exhibition centre. Poor location for tourism. I won’t stay here again.

It's a great hotel, with attentive staff and good service. Breakfast has a lovely variety of foods. Our room had a shower partition with a broken seal which leaked onto the bathroom floor but I reported to management and they'll probably fix it going forward. Didn't try the rest of the facilities (gym etc.)

Great stay

Very modern hotel with good size room & bathroom. Enjoyed the rooftop area and hot tub. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with great service. A bit of a walk from old town but worth the extra walk.

Wonderful hotel located outside the Old City but a short bus ride or taxi ride to the Old City. A very modern hotel. We had a queen size bed in a large room on the 3rd floor. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Very large and delicious breakfast but this is optional. There are not many restaurants in the vicinity but the hotel has an excellent restaurant on the main floor open from 7 to 10 pm with a reasonably priced menu and very good service. Try the Bolognese dishes - their specialty.

This was a very nice comfortable and spacers. You can definitely tell it was a four or five. The staff was an and very helpful. It was not in the city. It was about 1.9 miles away. But for a 10 euro to €12 you could be in city center in five minutes. I would highly recommend.

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Cleaning was done every day to a good standard and bathrooms were well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and offered help with making reservations and bookings at restaurants for us. Location leaves a little bit to be desired with regards to accessing the city centre however the new tram network should address this. Restaurant served great breakfast with very good choice and selection including hot and cold items and beverages, though the dinner menu left something to be desired.

The staff were excellent. The food/dining were well above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from a hotel. The gym had minimal equipment but its location on the top floor provides a beautiful view of the sunrise if you’re willing to get up early enough.
