This is a very nice venue. The room was clean and comfortable as well as easily temperature controlled. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was varied and tasty.

Better than otherare hotels but disappointed
Beds were stiff, older coil spring mattresses, hot tub was lukewarm, restaurant and bar were closed due to staffing issues. Hotel staff charged me even though I was already charged through the Hotels.com app. 2 room fees and 2 incidental charges for Sunday. Almost a week and my money still not refunded. Why are we charged for mediocre or unavailable amenities? Disappointed
The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Only stayed for one night and had someone above my room that was heavy footed and loud late at night and early in the morning.
Spoke with desk clerk about no tv she explained that it was unsafe for employees to clear the snow off of the satellite dish acting manager never offered any discounts and the fact that there wasn’t any entertainment was not disclosed upon check in and by the time we checked out the next day still no entertainment
Fitness center equipment is broken and old. Winter prices are decent but wouldn’t recommend for my summer wedding for the prices. Needs to be updated for current summer rates.
This is a super clean, great hotel. While the interior is a little dated, they’ve started some renovations. Otherwise, fantastic staff, super clean room, and comfortable bed. We slept great!

Did not communicate about hotel amenities missing
The room itself was clean and as advertised. Unfortunately there were a lot of issues.
1. We booked this hotel partially because there was a restaurant on site. We arrived at 7 pm and the restaurant was closing due to snow, no advance warning, no additional options for dinner recommended.
2. Cable had been out in the entire building for several days and would not be fixed until the following Monday. Again, no heads up, not mentioned at check-in, no alternative entertainment options offered.
3. The pool was open- a small win! We were told at check-in just come to the front desk when you want to be let in. So we went down in our bathing suits and then were told no towels left for the pool, we’d have to use the bath towels from our room, so had to walk back to the room, key card didn’t work, walk back to the front desk, back to the room, back to the pool. We were not offered fresh towels for showers after, just had to retain and then reuse our pool towels.
4. The black out curtains were not wide enough to close and left a 3 foot wide gap, so that anyone walking by our first floor window could look right inside at us changing. We used a chip clip we had brought along to close them- so it was possible, just not engineered in a way to let guests easily get full privacy.
