Didnt feel safe with my belongings in the car. I had to fix the tiolet seat before i could use it. Hotels.com said they charged $25/pet but when I went to pay they charged me $30/pet. I asked about it and refised to adjust the price.

Worst place I can recall staying at. Dirty, bad location, cobwebs stretched from desk to chair, water trail from bathroom to fridge, etc. Door had gap and was not secure. HORRIBLE! Do not consider staying here.

it is an old and rundown building. There was a bad smell in the hallways and the room. Although the AC worked, it made a very load noise when shutting off and kept me awake all night. There was a large stain on the bed sheet. The pool area was disgusting. I did not even stay the 2nd night.

The room was good. And the staff was very friendly. The cleanliness (especially the floor) was a little sketchy. They need to pay a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. It’s a bit noisy but there’s not much you can do about that. I’ll give it an “ok”.

The staff was nice enough but I honestly have no idea how Ramada by Wyndham could allow this dump to have their franchise name on this property. We saw I-beams separating from the concrete that hold up the second level, the pool was gross, and there was mold in the room. I wish I could be nicer, but we were actually a bit scared to be there.

Awful, is more a shelter than it is a hotel. If you absolutely have to book it, beware. Everything sucks, i doubt it passes a county inspection. Stay away from this place and town. Book Marcy, Utica, Clinton, do your research. Do NOT stay here
