My Personal opinion only I stayed in this particular hotel several times and this time its not to my liking ... I prefered a big single room and given 2 twin beds . I will still stay in this particular hotel . 😁

The biggest issue is the airport transport is more costly then others near a station one, most activities require going to station one as well. Also room booked was not available the first night checked in even though reserved months earlier. They didnt offer anything but to change rooms the following day, most good resorts try to take care of guest if somethiny like this happens.

The rooms and amenities are very luxurious. The transport service was excellent. It’s very close to the beach - there are shortcuts within the hotel to get you to the beachfront quickly. The main pool is big and it has a bar right next to it. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is great - plenty of choices. We weren’t made aware that there are water dispensers within the hotel so we were shocked when we didn’t have any water in the room. The lady at reception didn’t mention this to my husband when he came down to ask, but instead just told him where he can buy bottled water. To be fair they have tiny signs in the room but reception should have informed us of this as well. We also didn’t know where to go for breakfast. We had to figure this out on our own. The receptionists just do the bare minimum, I think. I also left my sunglasses on one of the sun loungers at the beach. When I asked the hotel staff they said they have no idea where it is. The staff at the beach probably didn’t hand it in when he found it, which is completely dishonest and unprofessional from a 5-star hotel like this.

This was our second time at a Hennan in Boracay, Philippines. As it was the first time, this time was no different. From the friendly greeting at the check-in, to the pool and restaurant staff, everything was top notch. The rooms are large, beds are extremely comfortable and the pool is absolutely amazing. We ate at their restaurants multiple times and left each time filled with a great meal. On top of all this, the hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be going back to a Hennan again when we return.

I've stayed at a few Henann properties. The Regency wasn't my favorite, but I'm still rating the hotel 5 stars because it delivers what you would expect from a Henann property. No complaints.
