Rooms are extremely tight access to the bed.it is from one side only. One person would have the jump over the other person to get in/out of bed. Very cramped bathroom/shower. Very overpriced for a cramped living space.

Very cool hotel. Love the decor, the layout, the staff. It's a fun, unique friendly place. A cool boutique hotel within a few hundred feet of the subway. Loved it and would stay there again.

Room was exceptionally small, not especially comfortable. High tech lights system and controls but ipad control would not charge. Bed took up entire wall at the window and being we were two people in the bed we one of us had to jump over the other to get out of the bed, only one side accessible , VERY INCONVENIENT! “Living space in lobby was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was okay, first day we got down at 9:00 am and the food was drying out, next day we got there earlier snd tge food was very nice and good. Would I go back to CitizenM , no. Totally did not like the room setup ie the bed setup, bathroom facilities, just not comfortable, feels “cold” cramped and small!! Giving credit where credit it due, everything was clean. Staff were exceptional and as mentioned, the common space was nice and comfortable.

Great hotel with very helpful and friendly staffs. Rooms are small but well designed to give a solo traveler or couple everything needed. Extremely comfy beds, lovely showers, and a great view from the room we were given. Wouldn’t recommend for families with children due to room layout, but 10/10 otherwise.
