Room Review

We love staying at Citizen M, as the hotel is so convenient and is in walking distance of major attractions. One thing i do have yo comment on, was the cleanliness of the elevators and the entrance into the hotel. There were alot of spills in both locations along with trash. We came in and out of the hotel multiple times within a short period and noted that neither were attended to. Our rooms bathroom does need a bit of attention as the shower floor was "bubbling" and the sealants to the toilet was coming apart from the wall. The room was VERY warm even after adjusting the temperature.

Hotel is very nice and in great condition. Staff are fantastic. Breakfast was "ok", too sugary. iPad that controls the room is a pain to use as it's so slow to navigate around.

BEST BOSTON HOTEL.

everything about our stay was amazing! we stayed for a whole week, from the second we got there until the second we left, the staff was just so amazing and made us feel like family! and the location is PERFECT for anyone visiting boston, especially for celtics games / anything near the TD garden! you just walk a couple steps to get to the td or the food hall ! everything is within walking distance or you can hop on the subway to get anywhere you need! every time we encountered any citizenm employees they were so awesome, always asked us about our day or remembered something from a convo we had the day before, which really made us feel like they cared! special s/o to sam & sophia for being our favorite workers to interact with! we will definitely stay here EVERY TIME we visit boston!

Great experience overall! The decor was modern and awesome, service was amazing and the room was very clean. The bar could use a wider selection of spirits, and the restaurant could use more menu options but I'd definitely stay there again.

My wife and I had a great stay at CitizenM. We spent less than 24 hours there — just as a pit stop close to the airport for our flight — but it had a great impact on us. I would definitely recommend this more to younger crowds. So comfortable, great area, great service, easy check in and out, 10/10 experience!!

Stayed here for an event at TD Garden and it was great. Will be staying again ! Felt safe, it was close to everything. The hotel closed the doors after event so there is no randoms in the lobby which I loved ! It was very clean, modern the aesthetic is unbelievable!
