Clean. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Our room was tiny. Just barely fit the queen bed. Your spouse has to climb over you. No drinking glasses not even plastic. You have to go to the bar for a glass. No room service to bring glasses up to you. Very expensive for what you get. Don’t think we’ll be going back.

Very nice stay, perfect for the city. Lots of homeless outside of the hotel. Fridge not working in room as I noticed a few others aren’t either. Went to tell member of staff but she didn’t escalate the issue to maintenance as she didn’t believe me, however returned the next day and a new member of staff was on the desk, she was incredibly helpful and within the hour we had a new mini fridge delivered to the room by a kind maintenance person who kept the fridges pre chilled so stuff could be transferred over right away. 9/10 stay very enjoyable.

We always choose the CitizenM hotel when staying in Boston. The staff are always the best! The rooms are modern, sleek, and the tech integrations in the room are so fun. Control your lights, curtains, tv, schedule cleaning, all from your built in ipad. Delicious food and beverages. Convenient location. 10/10!

our sheets were not clean, we asked for new sheets, they weren't clean either. the use of an ipad to run the lights and curtains was annoying, the lack of outlets was frustrating, the room and bathroom were both smaller than the cabin in a cruise ship. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is trying too hard to be high tech and it’s too much. The iPad, which runs all the controls, in the room didn’t work. The switches in the room didn’t all work. The way the toilet and showers are set up is like and RV. Overall, just not very comfortable for the exorbitant price tag.

We love the location of this hotel right next door to TD garden and the train station! Within walking distance to the North End and Haymarket/Fanieul Hall area. Hotel fairly new and clean, staff excellent and wonderful 4tj floor area that has a sitting area with TV games, a bar area and breakfast in the am. View of Boston from their outdoor patio. modern hip hotel big works for all ages!
