Room was clean and comfortable. Great location and very friendly parking clerk. Very friendly breakfast crew. Breakfast was okay… wish they had warm oatmeal and grits. One female staff in particular was not very pleasant. Eating at the counter and didn’t care to help me with information. Very unprofessional!!

Great location. Walking distance to downtown Salem. The staff is amazing and very friendly. They have all the information for best places to eat and where to visit the hot spots in Salem all located at the front desk.

They need to change the bathroom door. None of us liked the idea of the sliding door you couldn’t lock. It didn’t feel like you had any sort of privacy. I won’t stay there again just for this reason. If I knew I wouldn’t have booked the stay.

The location is excellent for walking to see everything. The staff is amazing, but the room itself had issues. First, the mattress had a large brown stain on it and it was not comfortable. The worst was the air conditioning unit, which maintenance tried to fix. Every time it kicked on it sounded like an aircraft taking off - loud and high pitched tones.

The breakfast sausage was excellent with the little omelets. Did not care much for the bacon and potatoes had no flavor. But overall we love the waffles and bagels. Love the fact that at the front we had access to coffee, tea all day and we could grab utensils, plates and napkins…

Perfect location. Stayed in October for all the “Haunted Happenings” and the location was within walking distance of everything. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, staff was great and the free breakfast was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

300 level rooms (ours was 301) was one floor up from the patio of the bar downstairs. Music blasted on their outdoor speakers from 10 AM until 1:00 AM the following morning. The later I got the more rowdy, the people became. There was a dartboard and a pong table going on with drunk girls screaming at the top of their lungs and the music blaring. Told hotel staff about it. They said there was nothing we can do about it because it was October in Salem. we stay at Hilton's all the time and have never experienced this level of noise and disrespect from staff. Hotel maid barged in on us at 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM without a knock or notice. We were only scheduled for two nights and didn't think housekeeping would be a problem.
