Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It pretends to be an airport hotel but not close to the airport and no shuttle. Staff was slow and unfriendly upon check in.

Great Base for College Tours

Great hotel in a convenient location! We stayed here while visiting colleges in the area. Although maps estimated a 15-minute drive into Boston, it actually took closer to 30 minutes using Lyft. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and offered paid parking. While the on-site bar is permanently closed, there’s a great tavern just five minutes away across the bridge.

This is one of the best Holiday Inns I have stayed at in the past 20 years. The building looks great, there’s a palpable sense of quality as soon as you step in, from the decor to the size of rooms, comfort of beds and use of facilities. Highly recommend for travelers due to proximity to airport and room comfort.

A room was reserved with two beds. Upon checking in, the receptionist said that only the room had been reserved and not necessarily the same furniture. The room came with either „one or two beds“. A bed and an uncomfortable pull-out couch were offered. The web advertisement for two beds was misleading, Also a call was made ahead to make sure there was hotel transportation to the airport. There was a sign on the entrance door indicating that this was available. The staff said that the sign should have been removed because they no longer had transportation to the airport. They were willing to call a cab company which would take us for $20. this was certainly „bait and switch„ by the management.
