Our room was spacious enough for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Everything was clean. The only thing that went wrong was that one of the elevators stopped working. Because it was a holiday, I'm sure it was near impossible for them to get someone out to fix it right away. Other than that we enjoyed the staff, the breakfast, and the room.

Nice hotel, decent breakfast! Front desk person barely made eye contact and spoke like she was on autopilot. I understand customer service is hard and guests are a lot sometimes, but it wasn’t exactly welcoming and I had my kid with me. I hope she finds a job she likes or you guys start paying her better.
