I already had the Hilton app but for some reason I was unable to link this reservation so it had to be done manually at check in. My room was ground floor as it was disabled access. The room itself was nice and big and warm but on closer inspection there were no hooks to hang anything in room or bathroom. I found the bed to be high. During our stay the fire alarm went off twice, one during the day and at night, both times there was no staff presence, I would have expected a tannoy announcement to say what to do or someone to knock on the door. So I hobbled down to reception to see what was happening then the fire department said it was a false alarm both times, no apologies from staff whatsoever.
