Boutique hotel convenient to transportation options and downtownl sights. Complimentary Wine social at 4 is a good way to take a break at the end of a day of touring and meet other guests from around the world. Excellent location close to T stop, Boston Common, Public garden and restaurants! Room was large and beds comfortable! Very clean! Also there is a wine reception from 4-5pm in the lobby.

I was in town for a concert at the Orpheum and this was a very short walk from the theater, which was great. I had to catch an early flight and didn’t get the enjoy the room for long, but it was nice and I slept well. Would stay again.

Staff was lovely, good location, clean rooms. However, this place is overpriced. Bathrooms could use a revamp, rooms are small, our towels and bedding were frayed or had holes, poor water pressure, noisy heating and cooling system. Not what you expect from the price point at all.
