The front desk staff was amazing. Ms. Mitchel went above and beyond guiding us how to get on the train without getting lost. The driver Jose was super helpful and kind to my husband & I. I highly recommend this hotel and the views are amazingly beautiful. I also want to say the restaurant burger and chicken sandwich was delicious. My pizza was not that great to me it taste like a box pizza. My opinion. The sangria was delicious. Thank you Hyatt I will come back. Marilyn

We stayed a night before catching a bus tour. The location is perfect for a quick boat taxi ride over to the aquarium. Our lunch and breakfast from the restaurant were both fantastic. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline. Service was great all around. Would definitely stay again.

We found the guest services and restaurant staff to be kind & efficient. Restaurant dinner & view, exceptional. Room clean,and comfortable with excellent view of harbor. The only disappointment of stay was the strong odor of marijuana on our floor in what I thought were non smoking hotel rooms. We had stayed in 5 hotels across ME,NH and MA and this was the only hotel we had this experience in. In fact, we hadn’t smelled marijuana in a hotel since several years ago at our first and only stay at a La Quinta Hotel in MS. Hope that you will change smoking policies (if smoking is allowed) in the future as its smell is much stronger and more permeable than tobacco cigarettes, with health risks for guests, the same.

Use the shuttle to go to the airport in the morning was on time and fit everyone that needed to be going to the airport which felt like 15 to 20 people got to our gate within a couple minutes. Hotel was very clean. Staff was amazing. We got poker chips for free clam chowder at the restaurant and the restaurant staff was amazing. Would definitely go back. Only had a one night stay!

This property is GREAT for its proximity to Logan, and the facilities and staff are wonderful. It’s just not convenient to Boston proper, restaurants or shops.

Property is amazing views… we had a harbor side view which was gorgeous. Also was quiet, never heard an airplane. Only down side is getting to north Boston is a bit difficult … water taxi (which is fun and worth it one time) for $40. Or uber for $25 …. So depends on what you want to do if this location and how much back and forth to Boston….
