It was a great stay. They are pet friendly. Only 1 thing was not good in my opinion. The bedding has stains on them. Other than that, everything was good.

Great location. Property is in very nice condition. Look out for hidden fees (destination fees) and other charges. Staff was slow to resolve a $207 dining/breakfast fee that was mistakingly added to my bill. Pay attention at check out.

The front desk staff were especially friendly. We requested extra bedding and blankets and they were brought up to our room right away. The concierge made us feel welcome every time we came in and out. The room was very quiet, hardly no city noise even though we were right down town.

A+ for this Hyatt Regency downtown

From check in to check out we had an amazing weekend in Boston. Anthony the concierge downstairs was so helpful, friendly and really made our stay extra special. We got an upgrade on our room to a one bedroom suite which was so nice. Hotel location is so centrally located we could walk anywhere.

Found a mouse at the buffet while having breakfast

The building is OK, rooms are spacious. The third day at the buffet I saw a mouse in the middle of the dining area. I informed the waiter who did not seem surprised and did nothing to find the mouse. The hotel just offered me a room service snack bowl free of charge. The hotel is at the Chinese neighborhood, which is extremely dirty.
