You would think they would do better.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was the ABSOLUTE WORST! SERVICE AWFUL FOOD COLD AND AWFUL. POWDERED EGGS! The room had a broken coffee pot that burnt my fingers badly, and the ice machine was broken on our floor we had to go 7 floors to get ice. The taste should have been discounted due to issues! I booked a different hotel for my trip in 2 weeks because of these issues.

Everything was amazing, but the only issue I had was when you would go downstairs to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or visit with your family, each night, there were many many college students studying and using your Wi-Fi and we couldn’t sit at those tables. In my opinion, they should be back at their college not at your hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly. The location is beautiful! It’s located away from the noise of downtown, but close enough to get there easily. Highly recommend!

The rooms were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to Fenway Park, MIT. It also has a shuttle to Cambridge squares. We gave the service 3 stars because the concierge was excellent, but restaurant and bar was a 2. The restaurant service was very slow and disorganized, and the food was average at best, and very expensive. The bar service was horrible. They lost our food order (it was not that busy either). When we reminded them, twice, they finally brought it out and said they would take it off our bill. They did not.

Didn’t like the cost of parking. Friendly staff could use an uplift on the outside but will always stay here when going to Boston was our second time there!
