As we visited the local bakery shops etc and then it was raining so bad you could hardly get about, it would have been so nice to heat/refrigerate a meal, pastry etc for the locals. I understand why they are not in the room. Otherwise, everything was great. And yes, I know I could have called for iron etc, but I didn’t. I had already called for a blanket.

Exceptional!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff here are truly unmatched; professional, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The pool and steam room were a highlight of my visit - beautifully maintained and incredibly relaxing. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish.
