Stayed at Irving House to be close to a specific location in Cambridge. Room was small, small bathroom, and breakfast was minimal for what B&Bs usually offer. Staff wasn't very engaging. Descent option if you need a more economical choice for the area.

Room was indeed spotless. Front desk was very helpful. The place is charming. From 1910 to 1940 it was a dorm for Harvard University, and it retains its homey feeling - no fluorescent lights and shopping mall look here! The living room was filled with books, newspapers and magazines, the little breakfast room downstairs was cute with checkered tablecloths, wooden furniture and excellent food.

I had a wonderful stay at Irving House. My room was spotless and cozy, the neighborhood was quiet but close to everything, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. Breakfast was great

I think it's nice for what it is. Clean room. Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was nice, okay, not for Asian stomach, for sure. We liked that they keep the place smelling good even though it's an old place. Parking is challenging. Art is well-thought and goes with the house out both in rooms and hallways. The location is good!

Good breakfast selection included. Good bathrooms and shower.. On the hot day the room was cool enough and I was able to get a fan. Ok the cold days the blankets were cozy Everyone was very friendly
