We stayed at Synergy Broadbeach for 5 nights as a family. The location is good — walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants — and the jacuzzi was a great!. The staff were very friendly and welcoming overall. That said, the apartment was very small with an awkward layout that didn’t work well for a family. It felt cramped and not well thought-out. Also, after 4 days we asked for an extra shower gel and were told we’d have to pay for it — which felt a bit stingy considering the length of our stay. Overall, a mixed experience. Great location and amenities, but the apartment design and a few minor service details could be improved. Nice but not impressive

The spa and pool were fabulous! The apartment didn’t have an iron/ironing board/hairdryer in the apartment. The staff member immediately got us these items without any trouble. She was only too happy to help. Overall our stay at Synergy was fantastic!

Every year I have a mum-staycation at a hotel in Broadbeach. This year I tried Synergy for the first time and I could have not been happier with my room and it's views! I had mountain and ocean views and the room felt very cozy. Sharon at reception was very friendly & helpful. The only downside was the pool did not get a lot of sun and it was very windy so decided to dip into the hot tub instead.

Great spa and pool. Clean room. Nice bathrooms and full kitchen. Secure parking. We arrived after hours which was a simple to get our keys, but some check-in info did not get conveyed to us. Starter cleaning supplies (sponge/towel & soap and dishwasher soap) should be provided if we are meant to clean kitchen before departing. Excellent location. Close to shops, dining, and transportation. Overall good stay. Would stay again.
