Very annoyed in terms of receiving messages of how I need to make myself available in their office hours to provide ID documentation and credit card.I have to come out of my course to fulfill that otherwise I would be locked out.Also a number of reminders telling me that I would be charged extra if I don’t clean up the dishes or throw the rubbish away.It wasn’t like I was attending a course or having a holiday.

Stay was ok, cut short by Cyclone Alfred. Check in was not great. I was not told about where to park, pool, etc. apartment has not been vacuumed properly for a long time. Kitchen lacking in cooking supplies. Bed quite comfortable.

Across the road from the Convention Centre -good location Spa pool was heated but pump motor not working, and it was not fixed in the 10 days we stayed Reception hours rather restricted

We had two apartments, the first apartment had no air conditioning in the bedroom. The bedroom was down a hallway and was very hot, very uncomfortable to sleep in. The second apartment was at the front of the building on the 5th floor, the bedroom was facing the highway and was so noisy it was also hard to get any sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay at synergy. Very close to shopping centres, dining restaurants, casino. Trams are directly outside property which is convenient if needed. Had an odour in the dishwasher, always comes with lack of use, however staff rectified issue within minutes. Could use a little dusting on higher shelves, but I’m really tall, so you only notice it when reaching up on top of everything. Other than that, overall was a really nice stay. We stayed for 11 nights and would do it again if we’re to return to the Gold Coast.
